With 11+ years of experience as a licensed massage therapist and 12 years specializing in injury treatment, I’ve dedicated my career to helping clients feel their best through thoughtful, effective, and personalized bodywork. My specialties include firm pressure relaxation, therapeutic treatment massage, and sports injury treatment and prevention.

Over the years, I’ve expanded my knowledge through continuous education in a wide range of modalities, including cupping therapy, gua sha, IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization), myofascial release, deep tissue, and hot stone therapy. I believe in integrating these techniques into each session at no additional cost—because when my clients feel better, I’m able to do my best work while maintaining the health of my own hands and body.
